Pitfall Seed! Animal Crossing Pattern

With Animal Crossing New Horizons coming out later this month, we’re all excitedly waiting to play. In the mean time, I’ve been working on a bunch of AC patterns to celebrate! The Pitfall Seed is #2! Whip up your own, but be careful not to trip!

Materials

  • 2.75 mm hook
  • yarn needle
  • polyfil
  • DK weight yarn in 2 colors (I used I Love This Cotton)
    – white
    – red

If you would like your pitfall seed to be larger or would like to work with worsted weight yarn, you can go up to a 3.5 mm hook (or larger if you’re a tight stitcher)

    Stitches
  • Magic Circle (MC)
  • Single Crochet (sc)
  • Increase (inc) two stitches in the same stitch
  • Half Double Crochet (HDC)
  • Double Crochet (DC)
  • FO – Finish off – pull your working yarn through and cut the end

  1. Wonderful blog! I found it while searching on Yahoo News.
Do you have any tips on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there!
    Thank you
