Animal Crossing Peach Pattern

3621894-7441364459-slide

We’re all SUPER excited that there’s a new animal crossing coming out! Back in January, I got together with JaxBoxChick of The Mommy Gamers to come up with ideas on how to celebrate and we’ve got a few ideas up our sleeves (some will be a surprise to even her! – That one is my favorite). All of March will be animal crossing themed here at A Hare Affair. This little peach will be the first free pattern of the month and I’m so excited to finally share it! I’ve been sitting on it for over a month!

Cut a length of peach yarn to make the crease in the peach side. Pull it to make the line and then tie a knot and hide it into the base of the peach. Sew closed the leaves and then sew them to the bottom of the peach so that it sits up on it’s own – like little peach feet.

Happy Stitching!

  1. Hi, dear! Thank you for the amazing pattern 💖 Also made cute stuff from your other fruit patterns!! May I know if I can sell earrings I’ve made from your patterns while crediting you as the pattern maker? Appreciate your amazing work either way! Thanks ❤❤❤

  2. Thank you so much! I tried it with the pear and the orange and they looked really cute 😍 Looking forward to your future works!

  3. I am working on making this right now but I am wondering if you could elaborate the specifics of how you made the crease in the peach? Was it before or after you closed the peach? Any insight into how you did it would be super helpful to a beginner like me! Thanks!

    1. Hi! You do it after you close the peach. I do it by inserting my yarn needle near the bottom, then coming back up through a stitch a couple rows up. Then, skip a few rows up and put push the needle into the peach, bringing the needle through the first stitch at the bottom again. Then you can pull both strands, to make the little indent and tie those 2 together and hide them inside the stitches. Does that make sense?
